I now believe that this crest is a spell focused crest.
I think this because, i previously theorized that Crests are a counterpart to HK's Nail charms (but mutually exclusive and don't clash with the rest of your loadout, which was a problem with nail charms), so it would make sense that a spell focused loadout would also be available. The pogo in this screenshot is also the same as the default crest pogo, which would make sense if the crest changed or affected spells instead of your needle.
