Try and stick to the side if possible, once you get the hang of it the arms attacks are pretty easy to dodge since they're very choreographed. As for the workers just ignore them and focus on the boss, you can enter the 2nd phase pretty easily at which point all of them die

And since Strides of Heresy heals you for a percentage base of your health, and each stack increases that percentage AND increases the time you're invincible for, you're basically unkillable
