atomic CSS is basically the "other way around" like instead of putting classes then applying style, you have a library of pre written classes in css files and you just apply it to HTML elements

the hard characters in isaac don't really demand perfection as much as they demand game knowledge and composure

I would suggest looking up "setting up unreal engine" first if you haven't done that, and making sure you have an IDE set up (the thing you write your code in, probably Visual Studio (not to be confused with Visual Studio Code, which is different since it has less features available)), and afterwards looking up "unreal engine first game tutorial for beginners" or something similar, and scrolling through the results until you find one that does not require any previous c++ knowledge. if you want, you could look up a tutorial on how to write c++ first, because it is quite different from javascript. breaking into c# may be easier for you, but if you know you want to do c++ specifically then no worries 👍
there are a lot of beginner tutorials for both unreal and unity, and I'd suggest following one loosely, while making sure that you're actually understanding the concepts instead of just copying the code that the person tells you to write. For example if you've never worked with objects before, you'll have to figure all that out. If you want, feel free to dm me with any questions you have. I have experience with unity instead of unreal, but the general philosophy carries over pretty well, so I'll help as best I can
