Bosses in that game are anything with an healthbar appearing on top, soooo like let's say you have 5 glasses it would be 2,5% oneshot chances for regulars, you kinda need a good amount of attacks if you want to make sure to proc it to Monsters that are healthy like elites etc I suppose sniper could work

But I always keep in mind the long term, and a lot of items, incuding these, aren't good for long term regular run
