Y’know, something I’m looking forward to seeing is how Silksong handles what visibly appears to be a much more “alive” kingdom. Hallownest as a setting is kinda dependents on the fact that there isn’t really many people to talk in the grand scheme of things; yeah, there are a lot of npcs, but they’re kinda the exception instead of the rule, newcomers or people who survive against all odds.

Pharloom, in contrast, while obviously having some shit go down still appears an otherwise “alive” kingdom with active populaces and industries and whatnot. Their simply is so many more characters by the virtue of simply still existing. So like, especially consider Hornet can talk, I’m curious as to if we’ll have dialogue beyond our imaginations, or if a lot of the civilians will still be more background even if technically alive.

No ending stops Hornet from being captured, and the ability to break seals with bugs from Pharloom makes Hornet being locked in the Black Egg not an issue. Dreamers also don’t die when sealed, we simply didn’t have the means to remove them without killing them.

yeah happens to Hallownest from now on is dependent on the player's perspective, like TC said, they wanted EVERYONES journey to matter on their own, so if you got Embrace the Void, then you as the player can easily fill in the gaps that EtV happened without it impacting other's playthrough because of how vague SS does it

in the end, Hornet is alive and kidnapped due to her connection the Weavers in Pharloom, and no HK ending can stop that (again, seal breaking butterflies)
