so in ultrakill the pistol you start out with has an upgrade where you can flick a coin into the air. if you shoot the coin, it goes flying and homes in on an enemy, dealing a high amount of damage. you can flick up to three coins at once. the gun in Terraria being named the "Midas Prime" is a reference to the fact that it flicks money (see: Midas Touch) and sounds very similar to Minos (Ultrakill boss)
