that and probably in a creative sense, you are now

1. more experienced after creating a game
2. you now have theoretically infinite resources to make a game
3. youre not bogged down by Hallownest in terms of ideas, ie "What if we added- no wait we cant, that would directly conflict with Hallownest" and needing to play around the lore. With a new world you can go ape shit with ideas

also id like everything to be integrated to begin with, its less of a hassle to make a DLC and play around the world vs to just integrating it and adjusting everything else to begin with

their creations are being incorporated into the game, there could be additional changes and back and forth which relies on the framework being changed. not saying that's what happened, saying it's not an impossibility
