not sure if this is a coincidence, but the quit to menu glitch seems to happen mostly when i press F with other keys (i use it for focus)

I have hollow point on with the base gun. i put on the fury of the fallen. it says im meant to take 2x damage (i dont)
it says that if i hold focus while i have 3 adrenaline and low ammo, i get a quick reload. i dont.
it says that if i rpess quick cast, i use a spell. i. dont.

am i dumb or ??
