🔸 Why is scarab installing mods whenever I install certain mods?
Some mods will have dependencies they need to operate. A dependency gives a mod code to base and run properly. Scarab will automatically install any dependencies a mod needs upon install the mod. To check what dependencies a mod needs click the arrow next to the mod and look under the dependency section if none are listed the mod has none.

🔹 Can I uninstall dependencies?
No, uninstalling a dependency will cause issues in your game and cause all mods that rely on the dependency to stop. An example of missing a dependency is missing Vasi. Vasi is one of the most used dependencies on 1.5 mods like QoL rely on it. If it isn’t present then you typically won’t be able to damage/interact with enemies.

🔸 How do update Scarab or a Out of Date! Mod?
To update a Out of Date! Mod click the orange box that has replaced Installed? Box.
When Scarab gets a new update you'll get notified to install the new version, to do so

The BingoBoard mod you may need to fix. If you Open your Mods folder, and open the Bingo Board folder, there'll be another folder in it, and you need to take the file in that, copy and paste it up a folder. (So it should be mods/bingo board/bingoboard.dll when you're done)

BingoUI shows you stats in your Pause menu, and how much geo you spent

Is Ultimatum Radiance/Any Radiance or Pale Prince avaliable for Scarab/recent modloader? Only ones I have found online refrence Radiance.host as the modloader. If not, arethere any modded bosses that would be harder than AIKG, as I am looking for another hard boss on recent patch (Because radiance.host patch dosn't do well with mouse imputs, so I have to redo my entire controlls)

I was directed here because you have the knowledge. Anyone know why in a normal game, some bosses would start being invisible? For instance, when I try P3, Grimm doesn't show up but the fight is still going. All you can see is cloud effect from the attacks and pufferfish attacks. Everything else is invisible. After beating him the other bosses are fine.

Invisible bosses is a vanilla bug. Happens usually when your vram is not enough to handle the load

#

If you have vsync turned off, capping your fps tends to help

is my god soul mod broken? I watched some of fireborns vid on it and when he fought hornet he had a bunch of vine things attacking on the ground. For me however, the only quirk this mod has placed so far is that I cannot heal (I have gotten to the first hornet fight so far)

This is something that Nucleus handles.
That being said, it's probably better to look for help in the Nucleus servers/community.

You can ask on the HKMP server, but there's very few people there who are super familiar with troubleshooting it either.

I have to update vanilla hk to download scarab mod installer, but im not sure how to update the game? It doesnt say anywhere on steam that i can update it but i have 1.4.3.2 and not 1.5

1.4.2 is a very commonly pirated patch and theres not really any other reason someone would have it

Custom Knight doesn't show up in the options > mods part of the settings but it's still in the list of active mods when I'm on the main menu. I'm stuck with one skin and have no way to change it. I've already tried what was in the pinned messages and searching through this channel but there's still no solution
