I have a question, it is not fully mod related but I just need help. Okay so i am trying to play hollow knight on the 1.5 version since i was playing on the 1.4.3.2 version for a couple months but wanted to see if i could play in that version. It did not work but then saw a post from the devs to input a certain command into terminal. I did that and the screen opended now but it was pitch black and all i could see was the cursor and hear the music. I did a bit of digging and found this is a problem yet no clear solution...anyone got one? I play on a mid-2011 Mac on High Sierra. (Also after further research I found out I do have a 64 bit processor so I should be able to run this version right?)

Are you sure your dash is disabled, or are you using a Controller, and your Controller Shoulder Buttons aren't being read?

The Bingo Board mod you need to manually fix. It installs with an extra folder. So click the "open mods" button on Scarab, then open the bingo board folder, then open the next folder, then copy the file(s) in that, and paste them up a folder.

I clicked on the link for the scarab installer (which I got from the pinned "current installer" here), and extracted it, but when I click on the Scarab execution thingy it gives me a big windows message saying "Windows protected your PC

I'm very new to pc game modding, my only experience is downloading some shaders for minecraft, and I am just anxious to making a mistake and putting my pc's security at risk. Benchwarp, CustomKnight (Using Stary Knight) DebugMod, Inferno King Grimm, Infinite Notches, QoL, Satchel, Vasi, and Weaver Core.
When doing modded, my GPU is always at or above 80%, that dosn't happen if I am not doing modded. And everytime my GPU hits 100% I get a huge lag spike that makes it practically unplayable. Oddly enough, this dosnt happen the first time I launch my game when I turn my PC on... It is really anoying to restart my PC every time I want to play, so hoping theres an answer here.

Why you need free compass? I get that it’s the most op charm in the game but that’s the point of it being op. You gotta work for it
