You can check what it is by checking the spoiler log, you can find the spoiler log by (for rando 4) going to options > mods > rando > open spoiler log. If it's important you can give it to yourself with debug mod, although not sure how well that's work for something like, say split claw

As for your cdashing issue, check that you didn't accidentally remove crystal heart with debug and ensure it's not your controller's trigger that's broken
