Okay so uh, sorry for coming randomly but I need a bit of help - basically I tried to download Mod Installer 2 (I know it's older but I couldn't figure out how to manage the site the newest one is on for the life of me) and it's just begun endlessly crashing my game, no clue what I did wrong - I'd try again but I need to get rid of the files and I'm not sure which folder it is? Hello, im trying to download the modinstaller for Windows. i was able to download it fine but i think i accidently linked it to someplace beside the game, when it asked "where is Hollow Knight folder?" i tried to reset location, but i cant connect the modinstaller to the game. whats a way to reset that so i can reconnect folders. if that makes sense

So I was playing the new multiworld mod with some people (5 of us in total). We already played a session before, a few days ago, and everything went perfectly fine, until now. All of us but one entered the file just fine at first, but one person saw this specific screen. Then something went wrong with my custom skin, so I left and reentered, and I too ended up here. The other three tried that too, and now we're all in this screen. We can't press any buttons, not even esc (gotta alt+F4 to shut the game down), and whenever we boot the save file again, it's like this. Other save files are completely fine, it's only this file that is screwed up. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened here, and more importantly, how to fix it?

Sometimes it just spawns you into the wall. If you have debug, you can hit f6 and then you should be able to open the esc menu to benchwarp to the set start.

so what happens is that when i try to turn on the skin (specifically the hat kid skin), it looks like it loads properly. i exit the mod option, then the mod managing options to the main option section, and the game freezes before the regular options load. im on current patch using scarab.
