Everytime i start a game with it theres a munch of nines like (9999999)

You need to revert to 1.4.3.2 if you want mods. the changes in 1.5 aren’t really significant

found out the problem... I open the Mod Installer and it says "Enable Modding API" and when It confirms it's modded, I open the game, it's not.
So I close and open the mod installer and it says "Enable Modding API"

The google drive link? The first one which says “google drive” it leads to a folder, find the ModdingApi folder, go into it, download the zip file for your operating system. Extract it once downloaded and find any .dll files in it. Put all dll files you find in the Managed folder of hollow knight

No need to disable, you can just uninstall. Or if you'd like to fix it you can go to your "Mods" folder in the game files and create a folder called "Disabled"

My modinstaller has not been wanting to open in the last few days. I get a quick glimpse of a window opening then it goes away. I've tried nuking the modinstaller and mods folders and starting from scratch but still the same issue.

Open your modinstaller, at the bottom look for an option that says "Enable Modding API" if it's there click it, or if you use modinstaller 2 find modding api in the mod list and ensure it's enabled

A lot of the people who try to help people here, read a lot of the chat history, in order to know context of what's going on, fwiw.
We understand that you're frustrated, and don't like doing things over and over, but also something isn't being done right, but it's hard to know what since we aren't the ones physically doing it.
If everything was being done exactly correctly, then it would be working, because it's clear to see what the issue is.

Like, you can say that you already did something, but when the results of that thing being done aren't visible, then there's not really much else to do other than do it again to see the correct result that would happen from it.

i went to godhome using mods, and with the debug mod, y unloked all charms. So grimm child is no longer in the inventory so i can not fight grimm to unlock him in the pantheon

hey. Hollow knight is a very hard game for me so i installed the "EasyMode" mod, but suddenly it stopped working, other features like the lifeblood masks still worked, but the half-time healing and the no shade when you die disabled, anybody had the same issue? (even with another mod) or knows what shoul i do?
