Mod common is a dependency for pretty much every mod, qol, vasi, serecore, weavercore, and a few others are dependencies for other mods. But you shouldn't need most of those.

There may be a fix but I'm not sure. That happens to me too. But you don't really need to press that, instead go to your Steam library > right click HK > properties > local file > Verify integrity of the game files. This will revert your game back to Vanilla, it'll still leave some files in your game files but it will be vanilla in every other sense
