Usually More Saves causes it, but regardless:
You should still be able to use the bindings (clicking the little white dots, then the next input will be recorded). Click the [1 / 13] to go to the next page.

Your can bind multiple things to the same button, although it will prompt to make sure you want to; you can also bind thugs to left click for some awful reason, so watch out for that

Your mod installer shouldn't be in your Hollow knight folder its hould be on your desktop, not really sure why it has those numbers on the end of it but you should just run it, when it's on your desktop

Hello everyone I have a problem the modinstaller tells me "unable to locate game files. Please make sure the game is installed and then try again" but I have the steam game installed. Another problem I have is that the mods folder does not appear in the hollow knight files.

That likely won't help, the only time that helps anything is when the installer isn't working, won't do much if a mod isn't working

hi. i'm having some problems with the game freezing where i have to quit out and reopen the game. i was wondering if i could list some of the mods i have and see if anyone knows if there are known problems with them or conflicts they have?

(i have some other mods installed but i know they aren't the issue because they're all stuff i've seen streamers use, although they could have conflicts with the mods i've listed. i can list those as well, if you like)

That would be the fault of HollowPoint, it changes it so soul is used as ammunition and instead you heal and cast spells by landing multiple hits in a row and building up adrenaline

That's normal. Again, HollowPoint makes it so soul is your ammunition and not your heal. You can heal by shooting enemies a bunch of times

That's two seperate problems, both of which are answered in the pins. The first fix for mods not showing up is at the bottom of the first pin, in a link to another discord message. The 'Sequence contains no matching element' one is in it's own separate pin

Reset the installer, in the second pin down there's a program you can download and run to automatically reset it. Then make sure you path it to the correct spot, specifically "Steam/steamapps/Common/Hollow Knight/" Make sure you stop in Hollow Knight and don't go into hollow_knight_Data

im trying to get the trial of the masochist mod working, am i supposed to put the mark on the trial of the fool spot? i did that and when i went in enemies just didnt spawn

okay, so i need the trial editor, the custim trial ddll, then i assume i import it somehow?

looks like i need the xml, which i do have, but it only added in the first two waves

I think, you move the custom trial.dll into the mods folder. I'm not sure what happens after, i assume you launch the game and it generates a new folder to import the trial info or somethin?

every time i try to open the game (this is post-update, didnt have a problem pre-update) i get this

it loads for another second or so, and then goes away, game unloaded
