Going crazy at this point, verified game files, reinstalled mod installer, verified that the mods have installed into the correct folder and they are still not functioning. I installed Pale Prince, Mantis Gods, and ModCommon for reference

Hey everyone. I have a question regarding the debug mod. I wanted to see the healthbars and hitboxes of enemies while practicing fighting bosses, and well...they don't show up. I can see it in the log that they get 'enabled' and 'disabled' as I press the button, but even when they are enabled, I see no changes to the visuals, no healthbars, no hitboxes. What am I doing wrong? I'm downpatched to 1.2.2.1.
The API says:

Hey so, I have been playing modded for about a day now with no problems, and suddenly I open up the game with this. I tried verifying the steam files, uninstalling and reinstalling the mods, but I don't know whats going wrong anymore. I didn't change anything between this and last session, so I'm very confused. geo problem: copy geo.png from default skin into the custom skin folder
other sprites missing: that's because the public skin only contains those spritesheets and nothing more

the full version once was part of twp challenges, but (afaik, may be wrong) there was disagreement between twp and the skin author and the author made that part public, i have not heard of a way to still get the full skin

Room rando just randomizes all the room transitions. Connected area room rando is the same but it tries to make rooms in the same area connected (so if you leave a crossroads room you'll probably go to another crossroads room, though probably not the one that it usually links to)

to get vanilla hk: steam -> right click hk -> properties -> local files tab -> verify local game files button

with the healing: if you once had hollow point enabled, you may have to save edit to be able to heal again

Actually I think I just described connected area Rando, and area Rando keeps the areas in the same place but the rooms inside the areas move about. Like I say, check the readme for accurate descriptions

No, you have that reversed; connected-area room rando is the one that shakes up the rooms within an area but leaves connections between areas the same

The most common problems are, modding API not downloaded, skins not put in the folder properly (or the actually PNG files are in a nested folder. If it is in a nested folder it won't work. How it is supposed to be is managed->mods -> custom Knight-> killer whale -> PNG files). The last one is not waiting long enough in the pause menu after pressing on the skin
