#

So either you host and put in 127.0.0.1 or someone else hosts and you put in their ip

#

The 2nd box is the port, always leave it as 26950

i tryed to install gun mod and try it. after that i having a trouble with focus (i cant focus), after this i start trying reinstall game but stupid steam cloud doesnt allow me it, so i trying to delete cloud files with deleting some important steam files from C/programmfiles/steam/userdata/steamID/gameID. after that i just replase save files from mi backup and focus is fine. but i have 2 issues - 1. my steam controller dosent work now with HK 2. i have no in-game achivements and when i start sitting on bench all ahivements are happening in same time every time i sitting. and achivements in meny are empty

Second: Unplug your controller and then plug it in again once at the main menu.
Third: Are you logged into steam when you open the game or are you opening the game directly using the exe file.

is that IP yours as the server? also, you might just have to try reconnecting. have everyone close HK, then you open your first and connect to yourself before anyone else starts up. then have others start their game after and connect to your IP. Hamachi looks normal too right? no error symbols or anything

Is there a way to save a file that has been corrupted by hollow point? I didn't do a backup and pretty much tried everything. I already started a new game that seems to be working fine. If it's impossible it's not that bad.

Hi y'all, I'm having some difficulty with the ModInstaller: every time I try to set the file path it crashes. For a while, I was trying to just completely bypass it and install the API directly, but I bought my copy of Hollow Knight through Humble Bundle and not Steam, so the installation of that doesn't seem to be working either (maybe I'm just making a stupid mistake somewhere). Any suggestions? I'm a dirty mac user btw

I can unpack the .app and get to ~/Applications/hollow_knight.app/Contents/Data/Managed, which is where I put the API files (plus the Custom skins mod just to have something in there) since it seemed to correspond to what would be in the Steam file path... so far it hasn't made any difference though 😦

whenever I start the randomizer, the opening cutscene does not play, but the names of the creators appear, and then I'm stuck with a shaking camera looking at the room left of where you start at kings pass. Is this a common issue?

so another problemo, how do i enable or install the debug mod from the mod menu? i tried clicking enable and it closed the window. Opened Hollow Knight and didnt see any mods
any hypothetically if i did have mods installed, what key brings up a/the menu?

That should be how to enable it as long as your HK is set up for mods in general. If you didn't get the loading bar on launch or it's not listed in the top left corner of the title screen, it's probably not set up right (and I don't know much about that so I won't be able to help you there). But I believe the default key to bring up the Debug menu is F1?
