Mono's default file selector is not letting me select the right folder because it refuses to show me dot files.

The "all (x)" stuff is you need those things to go into black egg
the skips are just what skips you might need to finish the seed
I don't know what any of those skips mean.
shade skips are when you kill yourself and pogo your shade

My modding API started acting up, so I'm trying to reinstall it. I have the mod installer, but I can't find where to download the API itself. According to https://radiance.host/apidocs/Getting-Started.html it's possible to download the API off of Google Drive, but I've been unable to locate a link to the Drive.

We've got issues.
I just tried plugging in my PS4 Controller to use with Hollow Knight. And it wasn't recognized.
All the other Steam games I have recognize my controller.
All I have installed is the Mod API and the Randomizer, and that of course means I also have SenprCore.
So, what's going on here?

Yeah. I removed the mods, and I still can't see the beta option in the controller menu. But my PS4 controller does work now.

hello there. newbie here. if i want to play the "enemy randomizer" mod, what should i do? I have trouble with this particular mod. Here is my full steps: I download the zip file from google drive, put the folder inside the correct(i guess so cuz i have other mods installed before) location, and start the game. I can see the "LOAD***" but when i click that button, it just stuck at 94% every time. I have tried 5or 6 times. every time the same issue occurs. Do you guys have any solution for that? Game version: 1.4.3.2(newest on steam) mod version:0.2.1(says it's designed for 1.3.1.5 but i have seen people with 1.4.3.2 use it without any problem) thanks in advance.

If your skins still aren't working, then one of the following may be the cause:
- You don't have Satchel
- The skin was applied at the main menu instead of in a game save (skins can only be applied while in a save)

He gave me a few he thought would work, but the first one failed due to doing nothing over what I already had. The second one failded due to just giving me a black screen immediantly after loading up the game.

Huh?? If that's not part of the API, then why doesn't this work. Clearly some part of the API must have messed with the way controllers are handled or detected or something.

Here's what I think. Somebody who says "I don't even know how to build this for linux" and leaves it at that rather than looking into it maybe doesn't deserve to have it fixed for them, especially if there are perfectly viable alternatives
Well, it turns out the latest version of modding api that @glass meteor gave me does run just fine. It turns out I never actually properly tried that version until now. I had just deleted the old assembly and forgot to bring in the new one.

And running the game without an assembly dll leaves me with a black screen.
The latest DLL doesn't actually fix my controller issues though.
So I'm sorry.
But I blame InControl too.

Also, the randomizer changes some text around. "Dirtmouth: The Fading Town" turns into "Elderbug: The Cool Bug"
Also, I can confirm that only the latest DLL works.
Now, I can't tell if the randomizer is actually working properly or not.

Alright so I accidentally uninstalled the modding api and now whenever I try to install an api dependent mod it doesn't install the api and the mod doesn't work
So basically mods broke
Could just install it by hand
Or hit revert back to unmodded and then re-open the installer and that probably works

So, I just used the Mantis Claw to do the Ancestral Mound Check without killing the baldurs. I now have Isma's Tear.

Hey, I got through the modding process by watching relyea on YouTube and with some fiddling I got everything up and working pretty well, but in the video description he says that the bonfire mod is broken and not to download it but I don't know if he meant it'd make the game too easy or if I'd screw over my game entirely if I even downloaded it so I figured I'd ask here, do you guys know what's going on with that?

and not for current patch
