This is Weta, a warrior that does much the same thing as, say, Quirrel, he goes adventuring around Hallownest and tries to figure out the story of the Pale King and the Radiance. He is friendly with the mantis tribe and the weavers, having made friends with one of the mantis, although she died in combat in the Queen's Gardens giving him a charm as her dying wish (see part of Salubra's dialogue). He also defended the weavers from some of the infected beasts of Deepnest, hence the weaver-themed charm and the armour & cape, both gifts from them.

Context: Ghost after the Dream no More Ending is stuck on the Halo Ring and has some mini ODST-Marine Armor, some Covenant Rebel's gave them an Energy Generator, but due to their ODST pack being smaller they have far less recharges (6-8 aprox)
Info on their Armor and Equipment
Ghost's Marine scanner acts as their Communicator as they use Sign Language to communicate, so they have Sign in front of the Scanner for it to go to the others in their Fireteam
In terms of their rank, their about there with an Average Spartan as they can do many things a Spartan can. As well as their own unique gimmicks.
Ghost also wields their Pure Nail as a Secondary while usually using Dual Magnums as their Primary, though if available for Ordinance A Plasma Pistol and Magnum Noob Combo is also acceptable and preferred.
Lastly Ghost still has their spells and focus. Though they are just a limited as before, Ghost can regain soul through shooting a Gun, though it is not nearly as beneficial as their Nail.

I have been working on a few arrangements for concert-brass bands of Larkin´s Hollow Knight ost for several months now, and i am happy how the Grimm Troupe has turned out. This is one of seven soundtracks i am working on, though two are still in their baby shoes.
