I designed a moth OC and the environment they would show up in game. They would be a (dead) Royal historian. Cataloguing the history of the kingdom on silk parchment when alive.
Initial room you find is the moths room. Originally had the idea of a public library but this turned out more like a personal room, visitors to view their collection was encouraged to anyone/everyone.
The second room, the place containing all the historical findings - completely flooded but you can platform across the tops of the bookcases and collect wanderers journals.
Last image is a room layout showing the open roof letting the rain water in, funneling straight in off the neighbouring buildings roof.

Katana Zero x Hollow Knight OC. Also took some inspiration from the Hungry Knight mechanic
Lore(?): 500 years after the events of the original Hollow Knight, scientists create a new vessel(Code named: Vessel Null) by altering the DNA of the original Pure Vessel. Vessel Null is trained to be a super soldier, learning things varying from intricate mind puzzles to intense combat practices. 7 years later, the scientists inject Vessel Null with a supplement called the Chrono Cherry. This cherry allows the user to see time in a slower fashion, allowing for faster reactions than what is humanly possible. The cherry has one downside to it: The user must recharge once every month by injecting another chrono cherry into the blood stream. Otherwise, the user of the supplement will die. The scientists then train Vessel Null how to use the Chrono Cherry to near max potential. However, Vessel Null soon learns about the outside world when it overhears the scientists talking about it. Curious, it commits a violent escape; taking supplies and a map.
Note: i may continue the storyline later on but the specific day when I do that is not determined.

Continuing the Katana x HK OC. Decided to go with a different style in which i create smaller pictures of things like backgrounds, enemies, etc. every now and then. Makes it easier instead of needing to draw the OC every time on a background.
Lore Part 2A(For lore part 1, click this discord link #hk-art-gallery message):
Vessel Null, free from the government facility, sets out with a Sticky note, 25000 worth of geo, and a computer. They head out into the city and after some wandering through the city, they are able to purchase a small house worth 15000 geo. After settling into their new abode, they then pull up the government computer and type "https://www.Project-Chrono-Cherry.gov" into the computer(note this is not a real link). They then find a map location: Crystal Labs. Vessel Null then heads over to Crystal Labs: finding the next supply of Chrono Cherries to survive on. Crystal Labs is guarded by secure vault doors, pillbugs with firearms and melee weapons, small turrets with stun ammo, and sentry aspids(robotic aspids built with enhanced vision and security cameras). There is also a Binding Door where a specific keycard is needed to unlock it.
Lore Part 2B: Chrono Cherries
The Chrono Cherry is a government-made supplement and is meant to be used for super soldiers such as Vessel Null. Created by a special division, Cherry Government Industries, this supplement is one of the strongest enhancement drugs ever made in Hallownest. The drug has one main ability: Allowing the user to see time slower, creating the opportunity for inhuman reactions. The drug also allows the user to rewind time to a certain point before a possible death. The only drawback to this miracle shot is that the user must take a dose once per month. If they do not, they will experience immense pain and soon after die permanently with no rewinds. There is no known way to survive withdrawal besides another dose.

Hi! Been thinking about this one for a while. This is Kaflar the Guusa. Now, as silly as the name may sound, it's also got a bit of a silly story, too. See, when Pale King saw this absolute chad rise out of the Abyss, he personally slammed it into the wall, which also gave it minor head trauma. This takes place in an AU where Kaflar actually kills Hornet before she meets TK (he managed to escape from the abyss, too), and a bit of Hornet's silk kind of fuses with Kaflar's shell. After all that, it meets the Grimm Troupe, which actually end up turning Hornet's silk into her life energy so that's why Kaflar kinda look like they're on fire in the bottom right, that's Hornet's life aura. The "Guusa" part is this dynasty it made up for itself, but it comes more from the head trauma rather than actually wanting to make a dynasty. Also I'm not that good at drawing or storytelling lol I'm sorry
