I'm PLEASED to show off my first ORIGINAL COMPOSITION that I've made for HK Art Month! While my day 1 submission was simply my own cover, this will be the first of several pieces that are made entirely by me. This piece isn't exactly atypical of a Hollow Knight or Silksong OST, but I hope you all enjoy it regardless. If you're curious about the "story" of this piece, I wanted to have the music create a scene in the listeners mind of the last moments a person would experience before being fully overtaken by Plasmium. Memories flooding back, cheerful yet somehow painful and not your own as your emotions are replaced with the control and desires of the Plasmium coursing your veins; the kick drum representing the "heartbeat" or pulsing of the Plasmium, slowly growing stronger in your body before finally taking over. And finally, in the very last moments of your free life, a simple melody of what your existence sounded in the ears of those you cherished; a melody of your lover, or your parents, or your passion, or of all of these combined or none of these at all.
Thank you for enjoying my piece, and if you bothered with reading the far-fetched story I came up with to represent it, I hope it resonated something! I look forward to future compositions :)

Day three of HK Art Month, and unfortunately this one is quite simple, as I've been feeling super under the weather all day. I did my best to fight through it in order to produce something of quality, so here I am, introducing my SECOND original composition of the HKAM series! It's, again, not exactly fitting of the HK/SK music style, but I hope you all enjoy it regardless. Imagine it as a peaceful ambience as our characters take a long deserved rest in the soothing waters of the hot springs.

So much researching and digging and designing to make Grimm's Bellhome and only though it took 3 hours of drawing, it took many more to actually design it!!! Anyway so he's resting in his temporary Bellhome after a hard fight with Hornet. The masks are for if he finds a suitable candidate to join the Grimm Troupe and the (simplified) contraption in the middle is his map of the world.

Day 9 of #HKAM26...Phantom! The day I was most excited to do! And PHEW, was this a lot of work! Was so scared I wouldn't finish in time! But I did! Although I rushed and simplified the Exhaust Organ heavily, I'm still proud of my work! The Grimm Troupe are visiting Pharloom, and came across the Exhaust Organ. They wanted to play some music with Phantom, and they said if they could find some Silk dregs around to make their instruments, they would have a jam session together! And they did! Introducing the Grimm Troupe & Phantom, the newest symphonic metal band on the scene! Hope you can spot the little details!

For day 10, I actually have a bit of a weirder submission. Rather than a cover of Mount Fay as one would expect, this is actually an original composition of mine that is incredibly similar to Mount Fay... except I made it several months BEFORE the release of Silksong. As soon as I heard the OST for Mount Fay I couldn't stop playing the two compositions back to back just to see how similar they were, BY COMPLETE COINCIDENCE. Originally titled "Nanuq's Requiem," please enjoy my Not-Mount-Fay submission for Day 10. i swear this is all real and true i made this well before the theme for mount fay came out i just find it really funny

Hello, sorry for being a few hours late (still early to day 11 for most people but oh well) to posting today, was pretty busy celebrating Mother's Day!
