they contain all the geo you had when you died, so you have to return and kill them to get it back
if you die while already having a shade somewhere in the world, a new one will spawn and you'll lose all the geo the other one had||

||for dash-jump-fireball rain, shade dash through, and then stand right next to where he took of from because fireballs never hit there.
For fire bats, jump over the first low one and while youre in the air, dash over the second low one so you land safely next to grimm and can get off 2-3 hits.
For the pounce and dash with the fire trail, dodge the pounce and jump over his dash, pogo on the way if you feel good enough to.
For the flame pillars, just make sure youre running with the right speed and direction so you dont run out of space. Cool thing you can do here is edge the pillars so that by the time the fourth pillar appears, you can get safely under grimm to abyss shriek for a lot of damage||

|| abyss shriek first phase for huge burst damage, use quickslash and strength for decent nail damage. When jumping to hit her you can get off two nail hits with quickslash most of the time. Dodge sun orbs by jumping up, pogoing radiance, and lannding back on the groud so the orbs hit the ground. Descending dark spikes to remove them if they're too oppressive, you can also shade dash into them to remove them, although the latter is a bit more inconsistent. On the platforms phase, stick to the top and bottom middle platforms for the most part. Descending dark if radiance teleports to your platform to avoid whatever attack she throws at you, and reposition yourself accordingly while getting in upslashes for a ton of damage. You can get a heal in when radiance does the sun ray attack, just move to where a beam previously fired and start healing. You can also get in 1-3 heals when radiance starts the ascension phase. || when pv lunges at you, jump and pogo him once, sometimes you can get a second nail hit when you hit the ground. When he does the triple slash, jump and pogo him, if you're feeling confident you can get 2-3 pogos off. When he does the ground slam attack, you can jump and pogo him 2-3 times before landing back down. make sure to touch the grounnd every couple of pogos. If you don't, he will jump to counter that, but touch the ground every couple pogos annd you will never see him jump. Also when he teleports to the far side, assume a lunge or dagger attack, so jump and shade dash through where you think the daggers are going to spawn. When he does the void tendrils attack, jump and monarch wing for more air time. When he starts focusing and you are in his range and too close to get away safely, you can time a shade dash to escape, otherwise just dash out and shade soul him ||

the issue is a known thing so they will know what you mean, this image doesnt add anything necessary

first of all, as always, don't be greedy
from my experience, stay in the middle of the arena, you can dodge to the sides but get back in the middle between them
I'm guessing you've beaten him already since you're doing ||p5|| so imma be a bit more detailed

for his ||downslash into dash|| -> ||jump, pogo off of him as he passes, then dash in the opposite direction as him to clear the flames||
||dash into upslash with fireballs|| -> ||dash away, turn and hit him - either normal slash or upslash as he's going up, then walk a bit away from him to clear the fireballs||
||bats|| -> ||jump up, between the first two bats, dash through the other two, you should be in range to smack him once or twice||
||fire pillars|| -> ||walk bit by bit towards him, then smack or shriek him as you're passing below||

I'm prob forgetting some, and I'm not sure where ||spell windows|| are, but I tried
