||ill explain a lot, but most of it will be irrelevant for quite a while
i would recommend doing p1-4 (pantheons 1 through 4) before trying to do anything past a few ascendeds in hall of gods
attuned is the 'normal' fight, ascended usually has a substantial health buff and arena change (and double damage), and radiant is the same as ascended, but hitless

bindings are additional difficulty modifiers that can be stacked on top of pantheons
- nail: 80% nail damage (cap of 13 [equal to channeled nail])
- shell: 4 mask limit (any disabled masks will appear gold)
- soul: 33 soul cap (one heal/spell)
- charm: no charms
- every binding applies before charms do, meaning that any charms that increase nail damage/health can be used to help counteract the bindings
- finishing a binding will display it above the pantheon (doing all 4 at once makes it a nice and shiny gold)
- finishing 8 bindings total will unlock 3 lifeblood at every pantheon bench
- increased to 4 lifeblood at 12 bindings, and 5 at 16

there are 5 pantheons total, each having increasingly difficult (usually) sets of around 10 bosses
each pantheon has a new boss at the end
fights in the pantheons always use attuned arenas/health values
- the exception to this is p5, which combines 1-4 back to back (along with using ascended arenas [though damage is still set to attuned])
now take all of that and... dont worry about it at all
there isnt much of a reason to bother with bindings until the pantheons can be cleared easily

typical godhome progression would probably look something like base clear (regular pantheons) => eb (every binding, done in seperate runs) => ab (all bindings active at once) <=> hitless => harder stupid runs

||no worries. And yeah, that's dash slash. Just hold the button, dash, and while in the middle of dashing, release the button.
It deals 250% of your normal nail and has a much greater range, especially considering the dash, making it useful when trying to hit targets that are far away or hard to hit||

But if you struggle, just do it later||

||I generally wouldn't recommend trying to follow an "ideal" order to play the game. Just try to progress, and if you get stuck, progress somewhere else and you'll naturally get better as well as get upgrades that make you stronger||
