for orbs in ground phase: don't ever jump unless absolutely necessary. Try to dodge each orb by staying on the ground and dashing in it's direction under it. That way it will hit the ground and get destroyed. Only jump if the orb is too close to the ground to dash underneath.
for the lasers note that her face will light up as she is about to do lasers or nails so you can prepare for it. then it's just a question of reaction time and practice. Also the next laser is never gonna strike where the one before did so you can just always move to the last laser spot.
Note that dive can save you in most situations if you are in trouble||
