||generally shaman stone is incredibly op. By far your best charm. Quick focus is also really good but I'd usually go with shaman stone. Other than that catcher and steady body which you are both using are great. For crystal peak, since the majority of the challenge probably comes from platforming, idk if you can improve a lot. If you are, however, struggling with the enemies, I'd replace lifeblood heart and steady body with shaman stone or quick focus||

||traitor lord really only has 2 attacks. A dash, which you can dodge by shade cloaking, and a jump for which you literally just stand still and don't press anything. You can cast a spell here if you like.
Ideally you should play aggressively and always stay very close to him. Don't try to back off or get in a heal imo.
He later gains a third shockwave attack but you can just shade cloak through that or use dive to dodge if in a pinch.
He won't do the ranged attack until you are far away, which you shouldn't be||

||U generally want to use great slash and dash slash phase 1. When he spins his shield either run away, dash in after 2 shield revolutions to pogo then dash out, or dash in, dash slash and dash out

For phase 2, you want to focus on dodging. For the whole fight id recommend staying on the top two platforms and only moving to hit him or if needed, since you can see all daggers which are spawned from there. Wait till he spins his shields (or, if you think you're can, during his attacks), spam shade soul at him, aiming for the middle of his body. You should get double hits if youre using shaman, and soul twister plus a soul gain charm will help here. If he gets stuck against a platform they will only hit once so be mindful of that

In p5, you should be able to kill him with all your soul, however on ascended and rad he has more health, so you will need to hit him after. Wait for his shield revolutions, shade dash in and dash slash (pogoing is no longer viable here), wait for your shade cloak and dash out. Keep in mind where you are dashing to and your recovery method bc u dont want to fall in the spikes, or worse, get comboed by markoth into the spikes||

For traveling / exploring, I love the ||geo magnet|| so I'd use that along with ||the compass|| and then you'd still have room for ||thorns||. For a boss fight, depending on which one it is, ||quick focus|| could be super useful, or ||baldur shell||.
