||the 3 dreamers are sort of the main story. By getting them, you aren't "beating the game", you are just playing it. You can get all the dreamers and then continue doing the rest before beating the game. Intentionally avoiding them until the end is not really gonna change anything.
Also if you want every ending in one save file, you'll need to get the dreamers and beat the game before progressing too much. The dreamers/beating the game is not really designed to be at the end of your playthrough||
