Can't do anything about the lag but for the boss itself: ||equip nail length charms for the radiant fight, it can make a pretty big difference in Phase 2.

For the attack where Sly does two swings and then jumps into the air, turns into a saw and slams down: just cling to a wall. Jump off before he jumps and he will keep his combo going at the wall. Easy hits. This is the most common attack so this trivialises the boss.

Other tips:

1. Remember you can pogo on his cyclone slash.
2. You can use his dash attack to d-dive or pogo him.||
