Back with an update on my situation. I just cant launch Hollow Knight in Linux Mint (latest version of kernel and everything) tried abunch of proton versions. Ik Linux mint seems to have issues with alot of stuff. Is it just mint that has this problem?

Yeah, that makes sense. Definitely one of the hardest bosses… just takes time. Just focus on dodging more than hitting and you should eventually get there

||with sly, you want to get two hits on him after each attack max (and don't get cornered obviously. with zote, i don't really have much advice apart from practicing the fight over and over in hall of gods until you're sure you know it. get rid of the zotelings as quickly as you can and don't jump unless you're absolutely sure you need to. also, don't pogo him at all unless he's doing the attack where he runs around with his nail. when he uses the attack with the exploding balloons, use ddark to give yourself some space and to make sure you don't get cornered/overwhelmed.||

Honestly ||Zote was pretty easy to get low by using pogo on him when he runs and swings his sword, and spamming descending dark (if you have it, of course) And sly, i honestly dont have any advice other than play passive but use quickslash to get a few hits for enough soul, and quick focus, but thats what worked for me||
