You could try to beat them, but I recommend exploring a few places, getting some new abilities, ||the Watcher|| for me was the last ||dreamer|| I took on. At one point, you'll discover an ability that will let you deal with the knights much more easily

for most attacks its safe to dodge normally on the first half of its duration, and halfway onwards it can overlap

here are all the tips i have (as you can see by my name, i did him on ||radiant||)
1: just stay super focused on the fight
2: ||for fire bats attack, jump over the first one and dash undrr the second one, that way you can land up to three hits||
3: ||for dive dash, many people may say its best to pogo him during the dash, but i prefer doing it after he lands and before he dashes||
4: ||heal ONLY during his staggers, you can easily get 2 masks and sometimes even 3||
5: ||during his fire pillars attack, just do short steps, then stop when you're away from the pillars repeatedly till you're below him and you can get an abyss shriek||
6: ||for a build, i recommend strength, quick slash, shaman stone and longnail||

Yeah! The reason people get hit by it so much is it predicts your movements (I think by input reading but I’m not sure)

So just kinda flailing around will confuse it
