Same as always with bosses with minions, kill them. With fire. They crowd the screen, combined with the shockwaves it can mean guaranteed damage||

||HK is very difficult if you approach it stubbornly. This game is balanced by your freedom to explore. When something is very difficult and you just push through it, you will have a hard time. You can always instead just go somewhere else and get experience and upgrades that will make the game easier though.
No one of these playstyles is "better" than the other, but if you are having a hard time that's not mainly because the game is just difficult, but largely because you are pushing through something difficult without needing to||

Tips to beat this guy

||jump for every attack. For his lunge and triple slash pogo to get over his hitbox. Use your shade cloak only for his daggers he throws at you or in case you get parried. Never jump too high and make sure you are on the ground before the next attack starts||

||i have more questions first one is how do i beat the watcher knights cause i jsut kinda skipped that dreamer until i got better stuff and charms to just bonk them a couple times like the first 3 are easy to deal with but the rest and having to fight 2 at a tiem when one could jump up in the air while the other rolls across the ground is annoying||

||timing your attacks and baiting theirs to consistently deal damage (they swing twice so dodge, then get hits in), longer nail charm for easier hits, shade dash constantly, and use descending dark/desolate dive for invincibility frames in situations where you are cornered, and almost never jump during this fight||

i almost just died to the ||fake slam part where he slams but right before landing, he teleports back up and actually does it||

Yeah just ||dash away when hes 90% about to slam and jump to avoid the shockwaves, if he fakes it, dash again then jump to avoid the shockwave||

Thats a ||stagger, hes staggered every nail combo you do, for ex if he has a stagger rate of 3 nail hits, hitting him 3 time will stagger him||

most attacks dont give you openings to do that

its worse to try to heal and take damage than to be careful
