Not everyone's favorite, and if you're confident in not getting hit it makes sense not to use, but it turns opportunities safe only for 1-2 heals into opportunities safe for 2-3 instead, and allows you to even get new moments where you can heal that you didn't have before very good for ||nkg|| and other bosses that don't have a lot of heal windows

basically, stay close, spam nail, dont try to heal, and use shade dash (it recharges in time for every attack if necessary||

i like ||steady body, nail arts do really good, so if you wanna use those equip nailmasters glory. Shade soul does good knockback+multihits with shamans (shamans always good) and desolate dive has super nice iframes for this fight+great damage. Unlike with BV, abyss shriek is less consistent on jumps, but can still be done. when he jumps, always dash because his jumps are fast and like to get you. use staggers to get a heal if there are no ghosts, or charge up a cyclone for good damage. Always look out for his fast dashes and be ready to shade cloak or jump.||

best advice is just learn the fight
