you can dodge them in time, they do telegraph. odds are you just cant see them in time because they blend in but theres also the visual cue her model makes and the audio cue. if you learn to spot the telegraphing them immediately || ddark || and/or go to the bottom mid platform after

For the fight keep your shade dash for his dagger throws specifically. For every other attack just jump and (and pogo if necessary) or use wings.
Pillars is also easier to avoid if you jump since they are thinner at the top. ||

||You need to go left till you find a Key, it will take a loong time and walk, with that key you go back to were you are and unlock the tram to your right, another way is by the stag at the very end of the region top left||
