||explore old areas with your new ability. A lot of stuff now opened up. For progression I recommend you either head down, try to find a way to get below crystal peak, or you explore the area bottom left of fungal wastes||

you can do that if you want. Though note, the game gets harder, the less optional stuff you do. So if on your way to ||double jump|| you start struggling with bosses, don't be surprised. I recommend exploring old areas a bit and doing some optional stuff first, before progressing
