||I did p5, steel soul both achievements and 112% my steel save too. Can also do bindings separately which I HIGHLY recommend since it teaches you to be better at the game. Honestly after clearing p5 I realized how bad I am at combat. Only once I started doing bindings did I realize how far I could go. I still have to do 2 of the bindings for p4 and all bindings (separately) for p5||

Utilise your ||dash well and follow him and try to get hits on him, don't worry too much about the orbs as if you constantly keep moving chances are you will dodge them automatically||
||when he goes from one side to another on ground , jump and pogo over him and dash in the direction he is going and get another pogo off him||
||just use shade dash to dodge his flying circle orb attack when he comes from one side to another in air|| after dodging you can heal as well|
you gotta follow him to where he goes, thats the only way to damage him properly|
you can also use ||vengeful spirit if you are far, make sure you aim it somewhat in the centre of the screen so that if he teleports up or down it will hit him nonetheless||
if you have already used ||dash and you are mid air but he has slammed himself on ground he will launch waves and if you think you cannot dodge them and you are about to get hit, just use desolate dive to get iframes||

1. ||shade soul pushes some enemies back||
2. ||some enemies are so big that after being hit once and their i-frames expire, they get hit again||
   it's particularly easy to hit enemies twice if you have ||shaman stone|| equipped btw so ||shade soul is more op than you might think||

||constantly pogo the beast. You can easily avoid the tamer jumping around my moving/dashing around while pogoing or using wings. It's not a very big threat. Use desolate dive whenever the beast does an attack and then immediately continue pogoing. You can technically also just use dive whenever you want.
When the beast rolls away feel free to land on the ground again but immediately start pogoing right after unless you want to heal||

||switch out wayward compass, it doesn't really do anything for the fight, also you're gonna need the grimmchild charm to actually access the fight so you need to save two slots for that||

||firstly, you need to have grimmchild equipped to be able to start the fight.
If you like using spells, then your setup is very good. Though instead of compass, grubsong and mark op pride, I would use quickslash or quick focus and of course grimmchild||

Time to head to hall of gods and practice him until you're confident. Keep in mind the nerves you might feel when you return to him in p4. I radianted him then died when I got to him once too. ||

||You can beat mantis lords without nail upgrade it will just take longer. After getting to city of tears there is a lot to explore tbh. I would explore as much as possible and then see what you want to do ||
