yes. ||They depend on hits. Lost kin does have a lot of hp, but since the staggers depend on hits, not on your damage, the amount of times he staggers during his hp depend on the damage your weapon deals.
For example: If a boss has 100hp, your weapon deals 5 damage and the boss staggers after 10 hits, it means he will only stagger once at 50hp (after 10 hits) and die after another 10. If your weapon dealt 10 damage, the boss wouldn't stagger at all since after 10 hits, it's already dead.

Lost kin happens to have a very low stagger value, which means it staggers after very few hits. This results in a lot of staggers happening throughout the fight, since not a lot of hits are necessary to actually stagger it. This, as I explained, has nothing to do with the hp tho. If the stagger value was higher, it would stagger less frequently and still take equally as long since it has the same hp.
So if anything be happy about the low stagger value, since more staggers give you more time to heal or deal damage||

That means: Do an attempt, note who you struggled with and especially who you died to, go to the hall of gods and practice those fights until you not only have beaten them once, but can consistently beat them. Then repeat.
For charms I mainly recommend shaman, strength, qslash, steady body, grubsong/nailmaster's glory/dream wielder.
And as general advice: make sure you use a lot of spells, and learn the consistent and easy heal windows for bosses (almost every boss has them).||

||try to stay near one side of the arena. Use some spells here and there (specifically vengeful spirit to take out the zotelings that steal your soul it necessary) and desolate dive whenever you're getting pressured.

Mainly keep your soul for healing though. Don't move around too much but stay in a safe place, kill the zotes that come towards you instead of running after them and heal whenever you have a big of time.

Try to focus a bit more on the bug jumping ones and especially on the ones that get your soul. For the rest just tread them all with the same priority and as I said, only attack the ones that come towards you (unless it's the soul catching one)||
