@lofty sierra ||don't rush the fight, he can be pretty hard to hit, which means you'll get less soul and less heals. Hit him when he ends an attack.||

@lofty sierra ||btw he also has a tackle attack, you can pogo on his head when he does it, gives you like 3 free hits if you do it correctly.||

||i recommend unequipping thorns and maybe even soul catcher. this will give room for shaman stone which is a really good charm. plus, thorns eats at your invincibility frames and soul catcher doesnt actually collect much soul.||

okay thats good that you dont know what it is. if you want a harder ending, explore queens gardens and defeat the only boss there besides ||marmu|| and go to the ||hidden station|| and ||dream nail the white corpse.|| to get the reward at the end of that area, itll be really hard, but its worth it for the harder ending. then, after you get both ||white fragments,|| go to ||the abyss (if you have kings brand|| and go all the way down with ||kingsoul equipped.|| its expensive, i know. then, youll get the ||void heart.||

Cry, try again, cry some more and repeat, it definitely helps if you have ||Shade soul|| and the ||Shamman Stone|| and ||Desolate Dive|| ||Extra masks helps too, just pay attention to when he telegraphs, try to stay in the center of the arena, don't heal unless he's staggered or doing his head bob thing, go at him with your nail after he does an attack like a dash/lunge and target the fire ghost things first when he summons those so you don't get overwhelmed||

a good way to always find something is to ||look at your map closely, some rooms have openings on the sides and that means you havent explored that room, going there can lead you to new areas, items, abilities etc, and if you cannot access one use the pins bought in dirtmouth to mark them so you remember to come back later||

||first, go to kingdoms edge, then go to the bottom of the giant area you climb up, where the acid is, then go right and I think you go right again then up then you will find hornet, which is a second battle with hornet, after you beat hornet, you get the kings brand, after that you go to ancient basin, like around the start where the tram is. You go down in the middle and then you will find a door, this door will open when you go next to it, now you are in the abyss, also if you want you could go to the bottom left on a pedestal then use the shriek then get abyss shriek, but to get the shade cloak go pretty much all the way to the right, then you find a statue that seeps black liquid coming from a bowl, once you go inside the bowl you will get the shade cloak||
