||honestly, anywhere preferably bosses, as u pretty much one shot normal mobs with spells anyways but for up spell you just gotta know when theyre not moving and above u and just use it, its also the strongest spell in the game in terms of dmg, for down spell, u kinda just use it whenever ur in a tricky situation cuz ur invincible when ur going downards, and for like 0.4 seconds after wards||
