||to do it consistently you need to time your pogos, preemptively move away from absrad before teleports and know when to use wings, dash or both. If you just pogo you are vulnerable a lot more than it seems||

||well try to identify your main problems. It's hard to give advice you someone struggles with everything. Some general things for the boss is:

• always jump to dodge an attack. No matter what you want to always jump, jump and pogo, jump and dash, or jump and use wings depending on the attack.
• save your shade cloak for his dagger throwing attack. If you don't have it there it'll be much trickier so make sure you only use it on that one except:
• the parry: If he parries you you should also use shade cloak. Ideally you don't get parried tho
• only heal once on staggers.

If you want you can send a video of one of your attempts. It's probably to big to upload here so you can just compress it or upload it to yt and send the link||

||you are missing a lot of charms. I'd explore some older areas again. To progress you want to get to those dreamers marked on your map. You might need some abilities for some of them first though. There's something below city of tears or to bottom or left of fungal wastes for example. But I really would also recommend exploring old areas again as well||

Ok ||for the 3 slash combo you can pogo it, i think its easier to dodge it that way, in general just dont be too greedy with your attacks, hes fast so 2 hits max and dodge, also he has a lot of openings for ddark so you can use it to get more damage||

• always jump to dodge an attack. No matter what you want to always jump, jump and pogo, jump and dash, or jump and use wings depending on the attack.
• save your shade cloak for his dagger throwing attack. If you don't have it there it'll be much trickier so make sure you only use it on that one except:
• the parry: If he parries you you should also use shade cloak. Ideally you don't get parried tho
• only heal once on staggers.||

for ||sword rain just stand where the gaps are, if you can get to the gap in time you can still squeeze through the small gaps with precise positioning||
for ||both the beam wall make sure you go through the wall before it crosses halfway across the arena||
||remember you can always DDark the spikes in phase 2 to make them go away||

At the start of the fight stand next to him and hit him twice and instantly dash away and keep moving away from him,

He’ll do two slashes followed by a spin this is his first and most used attack

After that is his dive, he’ll jump up and dive down on you dash away and stay away cause he’ll do another slash after the dive

He also has access to all 3 nail arts, for Dash Slash jump over, for Great Slash dash away (do not jump the hitbox is absolutely fucked and it does double damage) for Cyclone slash get above him and pogo||

||to beat the game the fastest way possible… i start the game, beat hornet, go to city of tears, trigger the statue cutscene, get the dreamers and im done???||

||your jump and dash are extremely important for dodge his attacks you don’t want to waste them on panicking,

Most of Grimms attacks can be jumped over,

Fire bats, wait till he spawns the second bat jump and dash over and hit him

For Dash Uppercut jump and downslash him this should parry, and then stand next to where he was standing to dodge the flames

Dive Dash literally just jump

Spike floor is pretty easy just stand where there’s no spikes

As for his pufferfish you want to do hop and then circle back to where you were standing, you can also determine how far you’ve progressed based on the number of pufferfishes

Assuming you didn’t hit Grimm when he is bowing at the start of the fight, he’ll do 3 pufferfish attacks at 75%, 50% and 25% health each||

You require different dodges to beat him. He is also much faster than Grimm and has 1 new move

For firebats: wait till the third one comes out jump and dash between them and you should be on the other side safely

Spike floor is the same just gotta react faster

For dive dash he now has a flame trail and also a bigger hitbox so pogo isn’t worth it just jump and let him despawn

For dash uppercat jump and downslash this should parry him

His new attack is flame pillar you want to stand still till the floor just below you starts glowing and then move out of the telegraph towards him, repeat 4 times and you should be able to dodge it

Pufferfish is the same just faster||
