||the dreamweilder help to regen soul, mantis pride & longnail to hit more likely, grubsong to regain soul after a hit. the flying enemies are easily killable with nail art and spells. if you have health missing and there is only 1 slow enemy left (the errors for an exemple) , dreamnail it to regain soul, then heal.||

Fire bats: jump over the first, dash and hit
Or jump over the first and heal if you need to. You can sneak in 2 heals if you have QFocus equipped

Flame dash: jump and shade dash through the trailing flame. You can try pogoing him if you're fast, but beware of the final part as his hitbox gets taller when he stands

Flame pillars: inch slowly and smack him after the fourth pillar. Abyss Shriek or Great Slash works too. Also you can heal after the fourth pillar if you do it quick enough

Spike: space yourself between the spikes

Pufferfish: small hops and big hops depending on the fireball pattern
Or pogo on him if you're feeling brave

||soul catcher in ancestral mound is a good early game charm, then shaman stone is amazing, accessible at salubra after u obtain dash. as for mask shards and vessel fragments, u can buy some at sly, and there is also an easily accessible mask shard in crossroads near some goams after u get claw. and u can also rescue some grubs for money and mask shard as well||
