• steady body (1) can be useful depending on how aggressive your playstyle is (need to be very aggressive for it to be useful or be using it as tech in specific fights)
• grubsong (1) is a good filler if you take damage a good chunk of the time||

Do 2.0 ascended, and that is about as hard as 3.0 with glitches.
