||yes, but it involves meticulously tracking both oblobbles hp so that they are both very low hp. then u need to kill them on the same frame, the easiest way to achieve this is with shriek||

||specifically, u should have them both <20 hp (<30 hp if u have shaman stone) so that they both die from one tick of shriek damage||

anyways, ||for the pufferfish attack, you only need to jump when a batch of 2 fireballs low on the ground come at u, or 2 fireballs with a gap below and above them. you could also double jump and air stall with shade soul to deal dmg, but its quite risky||
