try to focus on unlearning it. You are probably overthinking it. Don't move around too much. Literally stand still (if you aren't attacking him) and wait until you see an attack and react to it. Don't jump or dash around beforehand

||staggers don't depend on damage but on amount of hits. So there isn't a set amount. You can count the amount of his pufferfish attacks though. Each time one happens it means 25% are gone. So 3 total||

||- don't climb up the wall/jump as high as you did at the very end

• never dash away from one of his attacks. Either dash through or jump. generally always jump if it's not the daggers or you get parried
• I recommend doing a high jump (no wings) whenever he does the soul pillar attack from the ground. The pillars are much smaller at the top.
• don't try healing mid fight||

also ||if you just used the shade cloak (usually for the soul daggers) be a bit more careful and watch out for his parries as you aren't going to be able to dodge it easily without shade cloak||

||yes. You can heal on his 2nd phase soul orb attack but you need to start early and potentially cancel it if one spawns on top of you so I'd just not go for that and stick to staggers. Also you did it well: Don't try going for 2 heals on staggers unless you have quick focus||

What I found worked best for me is always, at all times, looking for a telegraph line appearing on top of me; if there is one, I immediately Shadow Dash away. Generally, the rays will never hit the same place twice, so you can go where the last beam struck and you'll be safe there for the next round. Healing is possible once you're in a safe spot for the third burst; alternatively, cast Abyss Shriek for some good damage.
Sword Burst (a set of 8 swords launched outward): Be very careful dodging this; the swords have curving paths, so you can't just stand where no sword is pointing, you're likely to get hit anyway. I recommend staying close to Radiance for this attack and staying in a safe spot; once you're safe, you can either heal once or cast Abyss Shriek for some good damage.
**Wall of Light **(large beam moving across the arena): The only way to dodge this attack is to either Shadow Dash through the wall or cast Descending Dark for the i-frames. Once the wall has reached the center of the arena, Radiance will being a second attack, which can very well be another Wall of Light, in which case the first will vanish upon reaching the middle.
Wall of Swords (four waves of multiple swords coming in from the side): Find the gaps and dash through them; alternatively, cast Descending Dark or Shadow Dash through the swords.
**Sword Rain **(four waves of multiple swords raining down): Don't try to stand in between the swords; it's possible, but very risky. Better to find the large safe gaps and go there. You can heal once you're safe from the final wave.
Orb (three homing orbs): The orbs can spawn literally anywhere except in the floor, including where you are. Try to stay on the ground as much as you can; lure them into crashing into the ground and vanishing.||
