Frenzy: In the second phase of the fight (after one Oblobble dies), the Oblobble still alive will move swiftly and spew Infected blobs more often. During this stage the Knight wants to stay as far away from the Oblobble as possible as this makes it easier for them to doge the blobs. During the Fly Attack the Knight should move quickly to the Oblobble to farm SOUL which then can be used during the Acid Cannonade Attack.

||for the first phase:
You generally want to hit sly once or twice in between each one of his attacks and then get back to dodging. Keep on alternating between that. Don't be too greedy and go for 3 or more.
You can heal when he staggers but also on his triple slash with the jump at the end or his normal jump attack. To heal on those you need to have a distance to him to not get hit but not be too far away.
When he spins you can just stay on a wall.
Whenever ur in the air and don't know how to get down you can dive.
