|| Pantheons are boss rushes, all of them have different and new bosses except p5 which is every boss in the game at once, bindings restrict your capabilities in battle such as soul restriction, health restrictions, nail damage restrictions, etc. The bindings give you rewards like extra health ||

||the bindings 'bind' certain abilities for the pantheon
for example charms disables all charms, shell decreases your masks, nail decreases nail damage and soul decreases your soul meter's capacity
doing enough bindings (8 i believe) opens a door on the left of the hall of gods and by dream nailing the cocoon in the room, it spawns lifeblood cocoons in all the rest areas of p5
more bindings = more lifeblood||

don't be afraid to change charms for the different sections if a boss of that section in particular you struggle with and you'd rather do them with a certain set of charms
you can get lifeblood by doing the previous pantheons with bindings, which while a marginal help is always good to take (+ doing bindings is just training so like who cares, it is not time wasted)||

if you have never ever used ||spells while playing this game, this is about as good a time as to start using them, so use quick cast equip shaman stone|| and get blasting

There are some useful specific tips but they don’t go that far
||1) do not chase her in the platform phase, wait for her to go on the center plats
2) don’t spam shriek mindlessly, only use it at the end of an attack (laser or daggers in priority)
3) try to use pogos and side slash when possible to get more damage out of one jump, but don’t get greedy, overstay your welcome and get hit
4) you can heal for one mask at the end of lasers and daggers, just never try to heal for two ever
5) using ddark to preserve your shade cloak is a very valid way to gain on consistency, especially on the platform phase||

The main thing is just practice practice practice
