||yea the thing is usually i would get the first stagger on bv right before he starts the headbanging attack, so i got caught off guard by it and ran into the attack when i expected him to stagger. so its a bit of a stupid error cuz i just wasnt attacking fast enough to reach the stagger. but ill keep the knockback thing in mind, i was trying r5 with steady body, i usually dont use it but it wasnt as bad as i thought to get used to it, still there are some stuff that mess me up||

||try to stay out of the middle since nosk will gravitate towards there to spew his infection. with the arena now being a flat ground u will have to dodge the infection attack differently since there is no elevated surface to hide next to as there is in the normal arena. i would suggest shade dashing through the infection as it falls down, with the right timing u will shade dash right through the infection as it falls to the ground; the timing is very lenient as well since the infection falls down very quickly. u should also try to track his jump trajectories, if u see hes about to jump on top of u just shade dash out of the way, otherwise if hes nearby u can get close to him for a few hits. if he on the ground, stops, and screams for a split second (the cue is a bit hard to explain but ull notice it as u play the fight), thats ur cue that nosk is about to run across the arena, at that point u can get in a pogo or spell as he runs across. and for the attack where nosk goes up to the ceiling and drops infection, u can just walk or stutter step in a direction to dodge the falling infection, then u can go in for a few hits once nosk drops from the ceiling||

Regarding ||watcher knights:
a healing build is an extremely passive way to fight a boss with as much hp and oppressive power as watcher knights||
||watchers are extremely susceptible to spells.
Shade soul can hit one watcher them 2-5 times in one shot, if you time it with their roll. Now imagine if you shot two watchers at once.
For this reason, at minimum use shaman stone.||
Additionally:
||Quickfocus is the only passive charm really worth your time, but watchers are probably the riskiest boss to heal during.
Focus on dodging. A ddark wasted is better than taking a hit, and risking trying to heal.
Abandon healing, except maybe for when 1 or 2 watchers are respawning||

besides that, using ||sharp shadow|| is effectively a dps reduction

but anyways what u need to do on that part is ||pogo + wings on the spikes that pop out of the floor until the moving saw comes back, pogo on the saw, dash under the saw to the right, wings, and pogo on the saw to the right, then pogo on the saw to wait again for the moving saw to go to the very right before dashing to the right, pogoing the moving saw, and dash (+ wings if needed) to make it all the way to the right||

yea that is one of the hardest parts of ||pop|| to pass, but tbh ||the spikes pop up just long enough for u to be able to react to it and pogo in time before they recede, so its not fully a timing thing. u can pogo + wings when the spikes come up, then as u r at the peak of ur wings jump u should be expecting the spikes to pop up again, and when they do, react accordingly and pogo (u can even delay ur pogo a tiny bit if u r high enough since that will allow u to have a bit more height the next time the spikes pop up, but that isnt strictly necessary). but having an internal timer of when the spikes pop up does certainly help a ton, since in addition to pogoing the spikes, u have to pay attention to the moving saw location as well, and it can be a bit much to handle both at once||

||lifeblood is a very early - midish game charm it only gives 2 masks and later there are charms that are just simply better than it and does the same thing. It does regen on rest but u cant heal it. in terms of where u can spend money, buy stuff from sly and if u did clear his shop, there is a way for him to restock new items. but if u did that too, then later you will need a lot more geo to buy stuff from a new npc so saving geo is still worth it||

||lifeblod is simply temporary hp. It's nice but not much more. So no, it doesn't regen on benches.
For your geo problem make sure to check out every shop you have visited so far. If none of them sell something you can give more to the banker or keep it for later||
