wait for them to do an attack, dodge it, then retaliate with a spell if they are far away or go in for a hit

Do not try to hit them or generally move while they are prepping an attack, that makes them move away from you faster than you can catch up||

also im not sure which one you are trying currently, but the one in ||Basin ||really has shitty uneven terrain

in addition to those tips, ||for p5 specifically (not hall of gods), u should be aiming to enter the fight with full soul or close to full soul from soul tyrant. This means u should be practicing soul tyrant as well, and try to beat soul tyrant hitless or near hitless pretty consistently in hall of gods. If u enter markoth with full soul u can shoot two shade souls at the start, then continue the fight as outlined in the tips i linked above||

You dont really need some intricate guide as long as you know what youre doing, you can look up it up like that one but if you just plan out what youre going to do in advance it shouldnt be too hard to do

||absrad just play pretty patiently especially in the platform phase. Stay underneath her mostly especially if she's doing the face swords or beams. Get on the other side of the sword wall or beam wall quick or it'll overlap with another attack. Lead orbs into the ground or shade dash into them to destroy them. Time your jumps in climb with the beam it makes it a lot more consistent and also just try not to panic and go slow. You can ddark to get rid of the floor spikes as well and when entering final phase you can shriek to do a lot of damage. ||
