||elegant key is really nice so i would recommend getting that, vessel fragment u can buy if u r close to getting another soul vessel or if u have surplus geo leftover. heavy blow is a bad charm so i wouldnt recommend buying it just yet until u cant think of much else important to spend ur geo on||

i use ||spells a lot but i keep dying if i concentrate on that, so recently i've been doing nail non stop||

||both are good. You cani think go back to crystal peak and here you can get thrid spell and upgrade for the desolate dive. Also go get elegant key from sly (you need to give him the shopkeepers key first) and go to soul sanctrum to open the secret door for upgrade to the spirit. All three spells do very big damage and you need to use them proberly, not wasting to many soul (to save for heals) and good timing on them. Desolate dive especiallky after upgrade does massive damage if you line it good, but i reccomuned getting an upgrade beocuse it gives you invincability while doing it. Thrid spell after upgrade does the biggest damage in a game, especially with shaman stone. Shaman stone is very good, makes your spirit bigger and increses damage of all spells drassticly. Twister helps you keep more soul becouse now you need only two nail hits of soul instead of three to use a spell||

||i mean none of the relics are useless, they all give geo. the journals just give the least amount compared to the other relics. generally u should be holding onto ur relics until u really need them since ur relics are not at risk when u die, whereas if u convert them to geo they would be at risk when u die since if u die a second time without retrieving ur shade u would lose all ur geo and the relics u sold wouldve been wasted||

the way it works is that ||when u die, a new shade spawns around the location where u died with the current amount of geo that u had in possession. if u die a second time without retrieving ur initial shade, the geo held in that initial shade is lost since its overwritten with that new shade that spawned when u died a second time||

||just running at the boss and slashing will push it around, dealing a lot of hits quickly will also cause it to stagger fast. This boss has a very low stagger count which means it will take less hits to make it fall down||

||fair lmao, fluke nest broken cause you can cast it, and the hitboxes still remain after you cast it, so you preferably want to cast it, boss get hits, and you knock the boss back into those hitboxes||

||flukenest is not smth i would recommend too highly for beginners. it is quite broken if utilized correctly and it can deal insane amounts of damage if the boss moves into the flukes in the correct manner but the keyword is correctly. if u just cast it whenever there is a pretty good chance it multihits for good damage, but also maybe not, who knows. the reason speedrunners use it is cuz they know when is the best time to use it for each boss to maximize its damage, but for more casual play, double hits from regular fireballs is good enough damage that u dont really need to consider flukenest. and anyways, the range that fireball provides is also quite worthwhile to have since it can hit bosses a lot further away than where a cast of flukenest would reach||

||yea fireball is really good especially against bosses that take a lot of knockback since u can get tons of double hits off of them for free. u can also consider double hits on bosses that can move in a horizontal trajectory for a prolonged period of time since that also present good opportunities for double hits||

||that is called a parry and it works on many other bosses as well. but a lot of the times its not smth to rely heavily upon since the timing is quite tight to execute. there may be like a small amount of bosses where some ppl would advise to parry a certain move here and there but i would generally recommend against trying to do it often since more often than not u r just gonna mistime it and get hit||

||and anyways, as u progress through the game u will find better, more consistent ways to get iframes than parrying||

||there are a few ways to go about this, cdash is possible but u would need to cancel it quick if u want to cling onto the left side of that left wall since the cdash still brings u a bit forward after u have cancelled it so u might be too far forward by the time u cancel it and fall into the spikes below. another way which should work is just slide down the right side of that left wall until u fall off it, then immediately as u uncling from the wall and fall off it, dash to the left and monarch wings up to the right side of that left wall||

||for the majority of bosses that stagger, they will stagger based off of hits, not damage dealt. to get into the details a little bit, there is a combo stagger and a normal stagger count. the normal stagger triggers a stagger after a certain amount of hits, but the combo stagger triggers a stagger if the hits are done quickly enough. that means the quicker u get hits in the more likely it is that ull hit the combo stagger and stagger lost kin very fast. lost kin has one of the lowest combo staggers out of any hk boss so its particularly easy to stagger lost kin if u keep up the aggression and get in hits quickly||

||when lost kin does that dive attack, u should stay relatively close to where lost kin is because the pattern at which the projectiles spew out are centered around where lost kin is. due to this, it is safe to stand next to lost kin as he slams down, the projectiles will just go up around u but not hit u. so when lost kin jumps up and starts to slam on top of u, just sidestep away from the slam and stay relatively close to where lost kin is. if done correctly the projectiles should not hit u||

||there are two different kinds of bosses which give essence:
Dream bosses which are mainly found in the locations of old bosses. There are a total of 5 of them.
And warrior dreams which there are 7 of. All of these combined give a total of 2700 so you are missing at least 2.

You don't need to get any dream trees for 2400||
