You can edit various values of save files. Below are different available methods.

My main tips are to get ||Fragile Heart|| when available, watch out for ||enemy arenas||, and practice ||colos and bosses|| in a separate file. There's also a spot in the path leading to ||Broken Vessel|| that is easy to blow up on (I died there when getting ||speedrun 2||)

I'd recommend the bottom bullet. Go to the website it links, upload your save, voila. (but first make a copy to store somewhere else in case it goes wrong)

If that change is not what you want, you can reset it with the reset button
