Does anyone have a strategy for cheesing Markoth on radiant?! I have been trying for SEVEN HOURS! And it’s always I fall of the edge, I get hit by a nail that spawns in a platform, or he moves ever so slightly away when I’m about to pogo and I either fall to my death or I get hit by his shield

What I’ve done, is that I’ve switched the places of nail with quick map, that way you can better jump and attack||

Generally for ||markoth|| I recommend the following
First off, play it safe, ||nail arts|| are amazing at hitting him without putting yourself in danger, but that does mean that you can be attacking him constantly, as sometime, he will just be in a bad position for you to be able to hit him, second off, ||shriek should not be used, use shade soul instead, unless you see the perfect shriek opportunity you are likely to not hit the whole spell, maybe take damage in the process, so going for double hit shade souls is definitely more worth it, using that you can make the second phase really short
Thirdly health, in pantheons he only has 680 health, that is actually really small, phase two only has 340, that is 4 double hit shade souls, its more like 6 in hog, but the same principle applies||

Lastly, if you grind a single boss for 7 hours
You will loose your mind
Taking breaks and stuff actually helps you beat bosses in the long run

If you are in the air, the ||frames start from the moment you start going down, if you are grounded the animation makes you do a short hop which is slow

To be honest if you can’t get that ddark to be consistent you can just… not do it, it is optimal from a speedrun perspective but there is nothing wrong with just playing the fight slower and safer||

Because 120× 3 = 360 ( shriek)
90× 4 = 360
The damage may seem same but spell twister is 4 cast so slower dps
And this is not even taking into the factor that u shriek doesn't do four hits always
More cast = more shrieks that may not do 4 hits
So yeah shaman is definitely better + shade soul size increase makes multi hiting easier ||
