Dive is really good against Watcher Knights, so use that to your advantage (remember that it makes you invincibile for a short period of time)
there is also a breakable ceiling right before the entrance to the arena, might be something useful in there ||

||Okay, so what I'd do is stay almost directly under her when she does them, she does with fairly decent space between them, so most of the time you don't need to shade dash, just step lightly to either side, a good tell of when she'll do them is if where her eyes are glow, then she'll launch the tribeam wave, it goes a certain place once, goes around the middle of the places it didn't go, then around the general area of the first set||

||Then, if you're fairly close to her, if you see a thin light where you are, move slightly left or right quickly, ya gotta have good reaction time for that since it comes out in like half a second, avoid the first set, go where the first set was, then go around the same place you dodged the first set||

I hate that attack more than anything, so apologies if even after what I said didn't work

||Okay, so from what I watched, you are dodging somewhat consistently, I feel the issue is when some attacks that feel clumped together are hard to dodge, like using a shade dash to dodge a light pillar and a sideways sword pattern is spiraling towards you, I'm honestly not too sure on how to dodge those combinations of attacks, but something I did see is you went to the sides of the platforms a little, when I did it I primarily stuck to the the middle bottom platform for her to come to me, then when she was almost directly on top, I struck her a bit to then short hop into ddark to not only damage her, but use the iframes afterwards to move slightly to dodge afterwards, idk if that would work since phase 4 does drag on for a while if you don't rush her, which I wouldn't recommend||

I pretty much exclusively avoided using ||spells during phase 4 because I wanted to save it all for healing, but obviously if I can avoid getting hit for 2 by using 1 helping of soul, it's better for me. I really suck at timing DD, since I can't use it as an emergency out with the delayed iframes. But I may start trying to use it a bit in phase 4.||
